For the Group Live events (onsite), the instructor will inform class participants that attendance and participation will be monitored per NASBA requirements to ensure the correct number of CPE credits are assigned to each participant. We will use a sign-in attendance log method. The instructor will require each participant to sign in, indicate if CPE credits are expected, and record the original arrival and departure time.
A full CPE credit will only be assigned for every continuous 50-minute period spent in the program. To account for late arrivals, early departures or unnecessarily long breaks (longer than 10 minutes and outside of scheduled breaks and meals time), the instructor will document these kinds of exceptions on the “Comments” column of the CPE Verification Sign-in Sheet. Non-compliance to these attendance guidelines and expectations will negatively impact the number of CPE credits to be assigned for each affected participant by the end of the program.
The instructor will monitor, verify, and sign off on the amount of time each attendee spends in the program. Certificates of completion will only be issued upon verification of attendance using sign-in sheets and personal observation. Efficient Advice, LLC will maintain electronic copies of sign-in sheets for a period not less than five years.
Any modifications to the agreed-upon training program must be approved in writing at least one week prior to the commencement of the training.
